BioI once wrote fanfiction. That didn't work out so well, so I'm focusing on RL friends AND leaving comments on other folk's fiction.
I am an unapologetic atheist and am comfortably off-the-scale in my liberal ways. I'm fat and always fighting to lose it...get off me, dammit!. I'm sappy, I'm a hopeless fucking romantic, and I'm old enough that the bullshit of this world is really pissing me off. I have a husband who loves me, and I adore him and we are voluntarily and blissfully childfree and shall remain so til our dying day. He has also made me into a huge progressive rock fan, and I now find myself involved in fangirl squeeing not only for slash stories BUT for boys who produce tunes of epically complex proportions. I cry every time Bambi's mother dies. Every. Single. Time. AND I have absolutely no problem advising everyone that I am a feminist *gasp*! In other words, I'm a freak of epic proportions.
You know that sucky interview question wherein said interviewer asks, "How would your friend's describe you?" My pat answer is, "I'm sure they would in all sincerity describe me as being friendly in a Donner Party kind of way." Oh and I luv the word fuck. Yep, so if you don't then fuck off. Thank you.
Oh, and I do other stuff, too. *yawn*
I like the idea of democracy. You have to have someone everyone distrusts. That way, everyone's happy.
